Returns & Exchange

All Vilasa’s products undergo a rigorous inspection process before we deliver them to your door step. As we deal in products that are to be worn close to skin, we do not take returns or make exchanges. However if there is a manufacturing defect in the product or the product has been distressed we do offer exchange on case to case basis.

If you wish to return any merchandise by mail, you are responsible for the cost of the delivery service. Email us at with the product details and the reason for return. Pleased repackage the items in their original packaging and include the invoice.

However, PPE kits, face shields, and masks cannot be returned.

Refund of payment if the order delivered is wrong or product at delivery is damaged. In event of any error having occurred on the part of Vilasa, the product will be replaced, exchanged or the amount can be refunded at sole discretion of Vilasa.

You will receive an email notification when your return is processed and any refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Vilasa takes up to 5 business days to process your credited amount after we have received the item(s) you've returned.

No exchange on costume jewelry that is worn. It is unhygienic.
