  1. Do you take orders over phone or only through the website?
    Yes, we do. Call us on our number available in Contact Us, our timings are 10am-5pm EST. If you are calling from a different time zone, please do check our timings beforehand.
  2. Can I buy a dress as a gift? Will it come with a gift receipt and can she exchange it?
    The gifted item will have a gift receipt with it. All items can be exchanged within 7 days, if they are unused or unopened. We do not take worn products for health and hygiene reasons. We suggest that you buy a gift card instead.

    Vilasa’s mantra is ‘High fashion at Low prices’. When shopping with us you are definitely getting more for the value of your money than buying in stores. We do not incur rental costs, labor or functioning costs like retail outlets do, hence we save on the costs and keep our profits minimum.   2. I am a small vendor. Can I buy products in bulk at a wholesale price?
    When you have a certain product/s in mind simply write to us at info@vilasacanada.com. We also supply products to many retail stores across the world and support small or seasonal business that individuals may wish to run. We welcome new associations.
